It is important for members delivering services who need to re-shape their services to start now by asking Service Users What, Where and How they want services delivered it is suggested that providers do this as a consortia.

Working towards the Personalisation agenda, representatives from Walsall Service Users Empowerment, and staff from Walsall Council Carers' Social Work, People First Team and Human Resources have worked together to develop a new approach to Support Planning. A support plan will be instead of a care plan.
The idea is to equip service users to understand and take part in support planning.
We need to recruit Walsall service users spanning the range of support needs and service user groups in Walsall to become involved as Support Planning enablers. For more info Click Here!
